Products & Solutions

Xenergi’s provides Modular Gas Conversion Solutions, Hydrocarbon Production-Testing Solutions, and Early Production Solutions to clients who produce or utilize energy.

We continuously develop and deliver access to the latest technological developments. Product line extensions coming soon include intelligent i-fields technology involving wireless data monitoring, Fiber distributed Pressure, Temperature and Flow measurement applications.

Modular Gas Conversion Solutions

Xenergi with her technology partners design, build and operate modular integrated clean energy gas plant facilities designed for onshore and offshore stranded gas fields with gas volumes ranging from less than 5 MMCF /day up to 50 MMCF/day. These plants, based on scalable proprietary syn-gas and Cryogenic process technology, totally consume the natural gas supplied, delivering Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) condensate, Propane, High Octane Fuel Additives (HOFA) as well as Excess Electrical power that can be transferred to the national grid where viable or used to power the plant utilities and neighboring communities.

Unlike other gas processing solutions, we minimize infrastructure requirements and "time-to-market" by rapidly deploying these modular plants in producing fields. These plants generate multiple gas conversion streams which provide significant value from a wasting resource.

Production Testing Solutions

Our production testing services consist of Surface Digital Well Testing, Tubing Conveyed Perforating and Drill System Testing (DST) Services delivered in a safe and environmentally protective manner. We provide valuable reservoir information, allowing production optimization while minimizing the chances of reservoir damage. The data obtained from these tests enable engineers evaluate both the reservoir potential and the chemical makeup of the reservoir, well or field. This process also helps in engineering the sizing and specifications of oil and gas production facilities.

Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) and DST Services involve the integrated deployment of multi-phased high performance perforating technology with downhole DST controlled testing capabilities to achieve enhanced reservoir productivity (or injectivity). Gun sizes ranging from 1 11/6” through 7” enable an optimized design that allows for better phasing, effective penetration, proper standoff and enhanced perforator performance for all casing sizes. Novel TCP applications include "Perforate & Scrape", "Perforate & Gun-Drop", " Perforate & Stimulate", "Oriented Perforating", "Perforate & Complete".

Xenergi's DST solutions include 10K and 15K rated multiple-hydraulic cycled downhole strings for the safe production of new or existing reservoirs.

Early Production Solutions

Early Production Systems (EPS) With rising energy prices, oil and gas companies (particularly independent field operators) have a strong incentive to begin production early while full field development is being planned and permanent facilities are being built (Usually takes up to 24 months).

Early-production facilities (EPFs) or Early Production Systems (EPS) can help operators bring their new discoveries or existing brown fields on stream rapidly.

Xenergi offers a complete Modular Early Production System, Skid mounted and enclosed in secure Plug & Play process modules for immediate ramp-up of early production.

Digital Well Testing Services (DWT) Xenergi provides Digital Well Testing services which deliver highly accurate measurements of produced hydrocarbons from a well or multiple wells. The raw or processed production test data can be transmitted securely in real time to client offices. All Xenergi Well Test equipment and test personnel are independently certified for high pressure well test and control operations.

Xenergi also offers exclusively an optional independent Well Test Job Inspection and Validation Certification from companies such as Bureau Veritas.

Remote Monitoring (REMOTE) Wireless sensors are deployed at well heads or process flow facilities to measure a variety of data such as pressure and temperature, flow rates, density of produced fluids etc. The sensors are tied into the clients existing telecommunications infrastructure or independently transmitted real time to the client via web interfaces accessible from client offices.

The remote monitoring hardware, including sensors and data transmission equipment is sold to the client along with long term maintenance contracts.

Integrated Project Management We manage Rig-based and Rigless well intervention & fast-track oil production projects for brown or marginal fields including all the related activities from feasibility and field studies, Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) to the execution, monitoring and evaluation of such projects.

Xenergi’s ingenious Fast-track Marginal Field Development Strategy is our solution for turning brown and marginal fields into profitable cash centers.

VIRTUAL PIPELINE (V-PIPE) Early Production Evacuation System

Virtual Pipeline (or V-PIPE) is Xenergi's Early Production Evacuation System which delivers the value-added environmentally conscious process and techniques for processing and transporting hydrocarbons safely from the Wellhead to the Custody Transfer point. In essence the V-PIPE process design optimizes all the key equipment required to flow and process Hydrocarbon production from the Wellhead up to the sales point in the start up phase of an existing oil and gas asset.

The V-PIPE process includes the engineering design, Installation and operation of Early Production Facilities, Product Storage Facilities, Evacuation Protocol and Custody Transfer Equipment and Protocol;

V-PIPE: EARLY PRODUCTION FACILITY (EPF) Xenergi's Early Production Facilities (EPF) process produced crude oil to acceptable export standards. Though contingent on the Field Studies Report, the EPF may be sited on a Barge or onshore close to the producing field. The EPFs are typically skid mounted and leased to the client and as such can be easily dismantled and moved. The client may opt to convert the installed EPF into a permanent production facility.

V-PIPE: STORAGE FACILITY This V-PIPE module involves the installation of Production Storage tanks that the crude oil will be flowed into. Depending on whether the EPF will be on barge or on land, the Tanks will either be configured as a barge or situated on the site close to the EPF.

V-PIPE: EVACUATION The processed crude oil may be evacuated via Hydrocarbon Transportation Barges and moved to the Custody Transfer Point. Evacuation by Barge is a temporary measure for early cash flow while pipeline construction is ongoing. During this process, the most optimal pipeline route will be chosen and a pipeline constructed.

V-PIPE: CUSTODY TRANSFER Based on the Field Studies Report, suitable Custody Transfer Points (CTP) will be selected. Storage Tanks and a L.A.C.T. unit will be installed at the CTP. The following facilities will be considered for use as CTPs. Factors in this consideration will include distance from the EPF, Security of Transportation and the Terms and Conditions required by the facility owners.
